What ACF Does

ACF provides up to $1,250 of assistance for individuals who are disabled or over the age of 65, and low-income living in Hennepin, Anoka, Dakota, or Washington county of Minnesota. 

​We match clients who meet our requirements with member clinics who provide part of the service pro bono and ACF helps if the costs exceed their pro bono commitment. 

Services Provided

Veterinary member clinics provide the following services to the pets of eligible clients. Please note that not all clinics provide all of the services. Our staff works to pair each client with a clinic that provides the needed services.

- Immunizations
​- Well Checks/ Routine Screenings​
​- Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses
​- Dental procedures
​- Non-elective surgeries
​- Euthanasia

Services Not Provided

Currently, our member clinics do not provide the following services to our clients:

​- Cosmetic Surgery
​- Boarding
​- Urgent Care
​- Emergency Care
