​The Animal Care Foundation connects pet owners with low-cost vaccine clinics to help keep pets healthy and up-to-date on vaccines. These clinics provide essential services like physical exams, vaccines, and preventatives at little to no cost, ensuring access to care for pets regardless of their owners’ financial situation.

Services Provided:
  • Pet Food Shelf
  • Monthly Low Cost Vaccine Clinic 
  • Offers dog inclusive insurance 
  • Tips for landlords/tenants 
  • Pet support resources​
  • Offers support regardless of income or residency 
Qualifications: 
  • Can only go to food shelf once a month

(Minneapolis) 
Services Provided: 
  • Low Cost spay or neuter services for MN residents  
  • Vaccines and microchips are available at a  low cost at the time of surgery.
  • Cats and dogs only.  
Qualifications
  • Based on income level
  • Residency

Services Provided: 
  • Monthly vaccine clinics
  • Provides physical exams, rabies, distemper vaccines, flea/tick/heartworm preventatives
  • Majority services is no cost 
Qualifications 
  • Low-income or no-income, or experiencing homelessness
