How to Get Help for Your Pet
Do you or someone you know have a pet that needs veterinary care but cant afford it? The Animal Care Foundation (ACF) connects low-income elderly or disabled individuals with member veterinary clinics that offer pro bono services.
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify for ACF services if you meet the following criteria:
-Are 65 years or older or disabled
-Live in Hennepin, Anoka, Dakota, or Ramsey County
-Have an income at or below 135% of the federal poverty level

Application
Step 1: Contact ACF or your local caseworker to begin the application process.
Step 2: Once approved, ACF will match you with a member veterinary clinic in your area.
Step 3: Schedule your Pete’s appointment with the clinic and receive the care your pet needs.
